1. How long does shipping take?
Typically, delivery time is 2-4 business days within Germany/Austria. International shipments may take a little longer.
2. Can I return my order?
Yes. You can return your order within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure that the items are unused and in their original packaging.
3. Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, Sofortüberweisung (instant transfer), and advance payment.
4. Is there an assembly guide?
Yes, each delivery includes a detailed assembly guide as a QR code, which will take you to the assembly instructions on our website.
5. Is customisation possible?
Currently, we do not yet offer custom designs. However, we are already working on making this service available soon. In the near future, you will have the opportunity to have designs created according to your own wishes. Stay tuned!
7. Do I pay for the packaging and contents at checkout?
No, the packaging and its contents for assembly are free of charge for you!

7. How does the product hanging work?
Our products are designed for easy installation – usually, one drill hole is sufficient. The hanging system is discreet and creates a floating look with a gap from the wall.
