1. How long does shipping take?
Delivery times are typically 2–4 business days within Germany/Austria. International shipments may take slightly longer.
2. Can I return my order?
Yes. You can return your order within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure the items are unused and in their original packaging.
3. Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, instant bank transfer and advance payment.
4. Are there instructions for assembly?
Yes, every delivery includes detailed assembly instructions as a QR code, which you can use to access the assembly instructions on our website.
5. Is custom production possible?

7. Do I also pay for the packaging and contents at checkout?
No , the packaging and its contents for assembly remain free of charge for you!

7. How does the product hanging work?
Our products are designed for easy installation – usually, just drilling a hole is sufficient. The suspension is discreet and creates a floating look, suspended from the wall.
