Return policy

To return an item, it must be in its original condition—unworn or unused and in its original packaging.

Once your return has been accepted, we will send you a return label and detailed instructions on how to proceed. Returns that are made without prior contact cannot be processed.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please check your delivery immediately upon receipt. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so that we can investigate the matter and find a suitable solution.

Important: CentralArtem accepts no liability for costs incurred as a result of an incorrect or incomplete delivery address (including additional address details). The same applies to lost shipments due to incorrect address details.

 

Exceptions to the return policy

Please note that discounted items and gift vouchers are excluded from return.

If you have any questions about a specific item, please contact us in advance.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item. Once the return has been accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.

 

Right of withdrawal within the EU

Regardless of the above provisions, the following applies:
When shipping to countries within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

The prerequisite remains that the item is in perfect, unused condition and in its original packaging, and that proof of purchase is provided.

 

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will inform you of the approval of the refund.
If approved, the refund will be made within 10 business days to the original payment method.

Please note that there may be delays in processing depending on the payment provider.
